NDIS Nutrition & Life Skills Support

I provide capacity building supports for NDIS adult participants to improve functional capacity, develop daily living skills, and increase independence with food-related tasks, including meal planning, preparation, and routine development, through structured, individualised support.

Developing simple, sustainable food and lifestyle habits can support improved health and wellbeing, energy regulation, and overall participation in daily life.

Who I Work With

I provide capacity building supports for adult NDIS participants to develop functional capacity, daily living skills, and independence, particularly in relation to food, routines, and everyday living tasks.

This may include participants who:

  • want to develop skills and independence with food choices, meal planning, and meal preparation

  • require support to use food and lifestyle habits to improve daily functioning, energy levels, and overall wellbeing

  • experience difficulty planning, preparing, or organising meals independently

  • need to build skills in grocery shopping, food selection, and budgeting

  • have a limited range of foods and would like to gradually increase food variety in a supported, structured way

  • benefit from structured, step-by-step skill development tailored to their individual learning needs

I have a background in Functional Nutrition (Dip. FNTP) and Special Education (M. Ed), and support participants with a wide range of disabilities.

My approach is individualised and capacity-building focused, adapting to each participant’s learning style to support the development of practical skills, increase independence, and improve confidence in managing daily living tasks.
