My Journey to Finding the "Why"

For so long I have loved food and I have loved health. To me, there is no greater joy than sourcing and preparing nutrient-dense meals for my loved ones—it is my love language and my passion. But for many years, my own health didn't reflect the care I put into others.

I struggled with a chronic health issue that felt like a constant uphill battle. While I had a dedicated team of doctors and specialists, the solutions were always "band-aids." We were managing symptoms, but never asking why they were there in the first place. It was a long, confusing, and often lonely journey.

Turning the Tide

The turning point came when I decided to take control. I moved away from the complex and often expensive "fixes" and went back to basics. By focusing on the foundations—diet, digestion, blood sugar balance, hydration, fatty acids and mineral status—I gave my body the environment it needed to do what it was designed to do: heal itself.

That transformation changed my life, but it also sparked a mission. I don't want anyone else to have to navigate that lonely path on their own. Now, as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), I help others uncover the root causes of their own health challenges so they can reclaim their vitality.

My approach is rooted in deep empathy and a diverse clinical background. With postgraduate qualifications in Autism and Special Education, I have spent years supporting individuals facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges. This experience gave me a front-row seat to the powerful gut-brain connection—a physiological link that affects every single one of us, regardless of our health starting point.

Today, I apply these insights to help clients from all walks of life understand how their microbiome and digestive health influence their mood, energy, and cognitive function. Whether you are navigating a specific health journey or simply looking to optimize your overall wellbeing, I provide considered, bio-individual support designed to reduce internal stress and help you find a state of true balance.

Living the Foundations

When I’m not working or in the kitchen, you’ll find me making the most of our beautiful South Coast of NSW. Whether I’m walking by the water, snorkelling in the picturesque Jervis Bay, recharging in my local hot yoga class, or enjoying time with my two fabulous adult children, I am constantly reminded of the "why" behind my work: to feel well enough to enjoy every moment of this life.

Sounds Good?

I’m here to help you and your family do the same.

Let’s get back to basics, together. The first step is a simple conversation to see how I can best support you.
